Air Names
Air Names is a quick and playful icebreaker that encourages movement and laughter. Participants write their names in the air using different body parts, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Use this method at the beginning of a workshop, training session, or team meeting to energize the group and break down initial barriers.

Step 1: (0:15) Ask participants to extend the pointer finger of their dominant hand and write their full name in the air as if writing on a wall.

Step 2: (0:15) Instruct participants to repeat the task using the pointer finger of their non-dominant hand.

Step 3: (0:30) Guide participants to write their name in the air using their right elbow, then their left elbow.
