Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method
  1. 1

    Step 1: Select the first team member to receive appreciation. Ask them to close their eyes or look away from the screen. (2 minutes)

    Step 2: Instruct everyone else to write down a word or short phrase of appreciation for the selected person on a sticky note or piece of paper. (5 minutes)

  3. 3

    Step 3: On the count of three, have the selected person open their eyes and read the appreciation notes displayed by the other team members. (3 minutes)

    Step 4: Repeat the process for other team members, as time allows. (5-10 minutes)
