Be Prepared
Be Prepared is a fast-paced team challenge that uses zany tasks and trivia to build energy and collaboration. Teams compete to answer questions and complete tasks, fostering a fun and memorable shared experience.
Use this activity during conferences, training sessions, or group events to energize participants and promote teamwork in a playful, competitive environment.

Step 1: Prepare envelopes with answers on the outside and unique tasks inside. Create one set per team. (30 minutes before the session)

Step 2: Divide participants into teams of 4-10 people, seated in a circle with envelopes in the center. (5 minutes)

Step 3: Explain the rules: answer questions, open the corresponding envelope, and complete the task inside. (5 minutes)

Step 4: Ask questions one by one. Award points to the first team to complete the task or for the highest quality result. (30-45 minutes)

Step 5: Announce the winning team with the most points. (5 minutes)
