Big Ups
Big Ups is a partner exercise that quickly elevates energy and builds trust through coordinated, supported jumps. It's a fun and engaging way to foster collaboration and create a positive atmosphere at the start of a session.
Use this activity as a quick energizer or icebreaker to inject excitement and build rapport between participants, especially when physical connection is appropriate and desired.

Step 1: Form pairs of similar-sized people. (10 seconds)

Step 2: Person A extends their arms, bent at 90 degrees, palms up. Person B faces Person A, placing their forearms on Person A's, palms down, gripping gently. (20 seconds)

Step 3: Person B jumps upward, pushing down on Person A's arms while Person A pushes up to support the jump. (30 seconds)

Step 4: Repeat several times, gradually increasing jump height. (30 seconds)

Step 5: Swap roles and repeat. (20 seconds)
