Freeze Action
Freeze Action is a dynamic energizer that fosters group awareness and focus through observation and mimicry. It encourages spontaneous interaction and collective action, building a sense of shared experience and promoting non-verbal communication.
Use this method at the beginning of a workshop or meeting to energize participants, break down barriers, and create a lighthearted atmosphere. It's particularly effective when you need to improve team cohesion and encourage active participation.
Solves: Lack of energy in the room, reluctance to participate, feeling of disconnect among team members.
