Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method

    Step 1: Introduce the activity and the guiding questions. (2 minutes)

    Step 2: Instruct participants to pair up with someone they don't know well. (1 minute)

    Step 3: In each pair, each person answers the questions in turn. (2 minutes per person, per round)

    Step 4: Signal the end of the round and instruct participants to find a new partner. (1 minute)

    Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for a total of three rounds.
