This activity encourages participants to explore strategies for dealing with different types of uncertainties and reflect on their emotional responses. It promotes adaptability, empathy, and acceptance of the unknown.
Use this activity after categorizing uncertainties to help participants develop coping mechanisms and resilience in the face of uncertainty.

Step 1: Instruct participants to move from left to right on their Uncertainty Map and discuss strategies for each type of uncertainty (simple, complicated, complex). (15 mins)

Step 2: Invite participants to reflect on how working with uncertainty feels and draw a metaphor representing their relationship with uncertainty on the worksheet. (10 mins)
