Inspiration Walk
The Inspiration Walk is a guided audio experience designed to spark creativity and enhance observation skills by immersing participants in their environment. It encourages a shift in perspective, leading to fresh insights and innovative ideas.
Use this method when you need to stimulate creative thinking, encourage mindful observation, and help participants connect with their surroundings to generate new ideas for a specific challenge or project.

Step 1: Preparation (5 minutes). Ensure each participant has a mobile device with internet access, earbuds, a notebook, and a pen. Download the audio track if streaming is unreliable.

Step 2: Introduction (5 minutes). Explain the purpose of the Inspiration Walk: to practice observation and find inspiration in the environment. Emphasize that there are no right or wrong answers.

Step 3: The Walk (15 minutes). Instruct participants to start the audio track, put on their earbuds, and begin their walk, following the audio prompts and recording their observations.

Step 4: Debrief (10-15 minutes). Facilitate a group discussion using the 'What? So what? Now what?' structure. Encourage participants to share their experiences, insights, and how they might apply their newfound inspiration.
