Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method
  1. 1

    Step 1: Instruct participants to plan an activity that is likely to evoke a sense of awe. (10 mins)

  2. 2

    Step 2: Participants carry out their planned activity. (Variable time, outside of session)

  3. 3

    Step 3: After completing the activity, participants write a detailed reflection on their experience. (40 mins)

  • Encourage participants to choose activities that are safe and feasible.
