Interview
The Interview method is a direct way to gather insights and understand the perspectives of the people you are designing for. By engaging in structured conversations, you can uncover their needs, desires, and motivations, leading to more human-centered solutions.
Use this method during the early stages of a design project when you need to deeply understand your target audience. It's particularly useful when you lack direct experience with the user group or need to validate assumptions.
Solves: Lack of empathy and understanding of user needs, leading to solutions that don't resonate with the target audience.
