A Learning Circle provides structured time for teams to share knowledge, learn new skills, and foster continuous improvement. It creates a safe space for team members to grow together and apply new insights to their work.
Use this method when you want to encourage continuous learning, improve shared understanding across teams, and address specific challenges or growth areas within the team.

Step 1: Choose a facilitator and 1-2 presenters to lead the session. (5 min)
