Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method
  1. 1

    Step 1: Define the physical boundaries for the mingle. (2 minutes)

  2. 2

    Step 2: Instruct participants to stand up and move around within the boundaries. (1 minute)

  3. 3

    Step 3: Explain the task: 'Share one of your key insights from today with as many people as you can.' (1 minute)

  4. 4

    Step 4: Start the mingle and encourage participants to share their insights. (8 minutes)

  5. 5

    Step 5: Signal the end of the mingle and bring the group back together. (1 minute)
