Follow these steps to facilitate this method

    Step 1: Select a drawing tool (Miro, Zoom Whiteboard, or Drawasaurus) (2 mins).

    Step 2: Assign a 'drawer' and send them a secret word via private chat (1 min).

    Step 3: The drawer has 60 seconds to sketch while others shout out or type guesses (1 min).

    Step 4: Rotate roles until everyone has drawn or time is up (10 mins).

Facilitator Tips
  • Use industry-specific terms as prompts to make it relevant to the meeting topic.
  • Award 'points' for the funniest drawing, not just the most accurate one.
Variations
  • Back-to-Back Drawing: One person describes a shape, and everyone else tries to draw it based only on the verbal description.
