Rhyme or Reason
Rhyme or Reason is a fast-paced word association game that encourages quick thinking and builds vocabulary. Participants take turns saying words that rhyme with or are related to the previous word, fostering creative connections and verbal fluency.
Use this activity as a quick and engaging icebreaker to energize a group, improve communication skills, and promote spontaneous thinking.

Step 1: Form a circle, seated or standing. (2 minutes)

Step 2: Explain the rules: The first person says any word. The next person says a word that either rhymes or is related. (3 minutes)

Step 3: Start the game. If someone hesitates, repeats a word, or says an unrelated word, they are eliminated. (5-10 minutes)
