How It Works
Solves: Low physical energy, 'Zoom fatigue', or a lethargic atmosphere.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method

Step 1: Ask everyone to stand and ensure they have a bit of space (1 min).

Step 2: Lead the group in shaking the right arm 8 times, then left arm 8 times, then right leg 8, then left leg 8 (1 min).
- 3
Step 3: Repeat the cycle for 4 shakes, then 2, then 1 (1 min).
- 4
Step 4: End with a collective 'signature move' and a loud cheer (1 min).
Facilitator Tips
- The facilitator must lead with high energy; if you are enthusiastic, they will be too.
- Count the numbers out loud together.
Variations
- Silent Shake Down: Do it in complete silence for a different, more focused energy.
