Solution Validation Interview Script
The Solution Validation Interview Script is a structured interview process designed to test key assumptions about a proposed solution with stakeholders. It helps uncover potential flaws and biases in your solution before significant investment.
Use this method when you need to gather targeted feedback on a solution's viability and desirability from potential users or stakeholders, especially when facing uncertainty about market fit or user acceptance.
Solves: Confirmation bias leading to flawed product development; lack of real-world feedback on solution assumptions.
