Follow these steps to facilitate this method

Step 1: Participants stand in a circle and take turns completing the sentence: “In order to be more courageous in social situations, I will [intention].” (10 mins)

Step 2: Individually, participants reflect on their experiences and write down their thoughts in their notebooks. (10 mins)
