Follow these steps to facilitate this method

    Step 1: Acknowledge the physical toll of sitting and invite the group to a 'no-judgment' stretch. (30 sec)

    Step 2: Guide the group through a slow, exaggerated yawn and a full-body stretch, reaching for the ceiling. (30 sec)

    Step 3: Ask everyone to shake out their hands and settle back into their seats. (30 sec)
