Three Action Steps
This method helps participants translate insights from a meeting or workshop into concrete, personal action plans. It ensures accountability and follow-through by focusing on achievable next steps.
Use this method at the end of a session to help participants internalize learning and commit to implementing changes in their work or personal lives.
Solves: Lack of follow-through after meetings, vague commitments, feeling overwhelmed by too many ideas.

Step 3: Share and Commit (10-15 minutes). Have participants share their action steps in small groups or with the whole group. Encourage them to make a verbal commitment to completing these steps.
- Emphasize the importance of making the action steps specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
- Encourage participants to support each other in completing their action steps.
- Have participants publicly commit to their action steps by writing them on a shared whiteboard.
- Pair participants up as accountability partners to check in on their progress.
