User Story Mapping
User story mapping helps teams visualize the user journey and identify key features needed for a product or service. By framing requirements as user-centric narratives, teams can better understand user needs and prioritize development efforts.
Use this method when starting a new project, defining a product roadmap, or needing to align the team around user needs and priorities.
Solves: Lack of shared understanding of user needs, scope creep, difficulty prioritizing features.
