Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method

Step 1: Designate one person as the movement leader (30 seconds).

Step 2: The leader performs simple movements (stretching, waving, clapping) while everyone else mirrors them exactly (2 minutes).

Step 3: The leader 'passes' the leadership to another participant by calling their name (2 minutes).
