How It Works

Solves: Lack of engagement in team activities, poor communication within teams, need for a fun and active way to build camaraderie.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to facilitate this method
  1. 1

Step 1: Set up the playing area by placing an empty bucket(s) 50m away from a large barrel filled with water. [5 minutes]

  2. 2

Step 2: Divide the participants into two teams and provide each member of one team with a cup. [2 minutes]

  3. 3

Step 3: Instruct the team with cups to fill them from the barrel and transport the water to the bucket(s), avoiding being tagged by the opposing team. [3 minutes]

  4. 4

Step 4: Explain the tagging rule: if tagged while carrying water, the participant must pour the water over their head before returning to the barrel. They can also preemptively pour water on themselves or an opponent. [2 minutes]

  5. 5

Step 5: Play multiple 5-minute rounds, alternating roles between the teams. [15 minutes]

  6. 6

Step 6: At the end of the game, measure the water in each team's bucket(s) to determine the winner. [3 minutes]
