Wring-Out Stretch
Wring-Out Stretch is a quick and engaging partner activity that promotes coordination and communication through physical problem-solving. Pairs work together to navigate a shared challenge, fostering trust and spatial awareness in a fun, energizing way.
Use this activity as a brief energizer or icebreaker to encourage collaboration and get participants moving. It's particularly effective when you need to break up long periods of sitting or introduce a lighthearted element to a session.
Solves: Lack of physical engagement, low energy levels, or a need to build rapport between participants.

- Introduce a time limit to add a competitive element.
