The AI Innovation Day is a dedicated session for teams to explore and experiment with AI tools, fostering confidence and identifying practical applications within their workflows. It's designed to demystify AI and encourage proactive integration into daily tasks.
Use this method when introducing AI tools to a team, seeking to identify use cases for AI within existing workflows, or aiming to increase team confidence in using AI.

Step 1: (60 min) Pre-read: Assign articles on generative AI and prompt engineering. Create a communication channel for questions.

Step 3: (60-180 min) Experimentation: Divide into small groups to experiment with AI tools on selected use cases. Encourage creative and unexpected applications.
