RACI Framework

The RACI framework defines roles and responsibilities in a project or process using four categories: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed. It ensures clarity and accountability by specifying who does the work, who approves it, who provides input, and who is kept updated.

When to Use

Use RACI when you need to clarify roles and responsibilities in a project, especially when there is confusion or overlap in tasks. It's useful for projects with multiple stakeholders and complex workflows.

How It Works

Solves: Lack of clarity about who is responsible for what, leading to duplicated effort, missed deadlines, and confusion among team members.
